Cancellation Policy
Camps
Please note that all changes, cancellations and use of Cypher Credits need to be made by emailing hi@cyphercoders.com
Change-of-Weeks
We understand that having an element of flexibility is extremely important for our families and therefore they have the option to change their camp booking to a different week if we have availability.
> Live Online
Our families have the option to change their camp booking up until 10 days prior to the camp start date free of charge as long as we have availability. If our families would like to change their booking nine or below days prior to the camp start date, and we have availability, a £20 admin fee will be incurred.
> On Location
Our families have the option to change their camp booking up until 10 days prior to the camp start date free of charge as long as we have availability. If our families would like to change their booking nine or below days prior to the camp start date, and we have availability, a £20 admin fee will be incurred.
Cancellations
Our families have the option to cancel their camp booking one month, or more, before the start date of the camp and will receive the following:
> Live Online
Our families will receive 50% cash back or 100% credits for future bookings. This will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation and can be used towards other Cypher Camp and Club products. However, this is dependent on availability at other Camps and Clubs.
> On Location
Our families will receive 50% cash back or 100% credits for future bookings. This will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation and can be used towards other Cypher Camp and Club products. However, this is dependent on availability at other Camps and Clubs.
Our families have the option to cancel their camp booking 10 days, or more, before the start date of the camp and will receive the following:
> Live Online
Our families will receive 100% credits for future bookings. This will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation and can be used towards other Cypher Camp and Club products. However, this is dependent on availability at other Camps and Clubs. There will be zero cash back.
> On Location
Our families will receive 50% credits for future bookings. This will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation and can be used towards other Cypher Camp and Club products. However, this is dependent on availability at other Camps and Clubs. There will be zero cash back.
Our families have the options to cancel under 10 days before the start date of our Live Online camps and will receive the following:
> Live Online
Our families will receive 50% credits for future bookings. This will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation and can be used towards other Cypher Camp and Club products. However, this is dependent on availability at other Camps and Clubs. There will be zero cash back.
> On Location
Unfortunately we will not be able to offer a cash or credit refund if our families cancel an On Location camp under 10 days before the camp start date.
Unfortunately if our families cancel during a Live Online or On Location camp we will not be able to provide a cash or credit refund. Please see additional notes below.
> Live Online
We will not be able to provide a cash or credit refund if you encounter technology issues during a Live Online camp. We run a number of initiatives to make sure our Live Online Camps run smoothly including; Parent Set-Up Guides, Student Drop-In’s etc. If the technology issue is a Cypher fault then we will offer alternative sessions to make up for any lost teaching time.
> On Location
We will not be able to provide a cash or credit refund if our families decide to cancel during an On Location camp.
Use of credits
Our families can use remaining Cypher Credits towards;
Registering for a Live Online Camps
Registering for On Location Camps
Registering for Live Online Clubs (they cannot be used for On Location Clubs)
COVID-19 Policy
If an On Location Camp is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions or a national lockdown your booking will be held in credits for future bookings.
Clubs

> Live Online
All bookings for Live Online Clubs are taken through the Cypher website. Clubs are booked in blocks e.g. 5 or 10 sessions (depending on the term length) and once a student has signed up to a block of sessions and started the Club we will not be able to issue a refund.
> On Location
In most instances we don’t take bookings direct for On Location Clubs as they are booked via the school. However, whether booked via the school or direct through the Cypher website, said Clubs are booked in blocks e.g. 10 sessions (depending on the term length) and once a student has signed up to a block of sessions and started the Club we will not be able to issue a refund.
Cypher reserves the right to issue refunds in exceptional circumstances which will be arranged on a case by case basis.
